| I've mounted my IceLink cradle in the glovebox using a bit of hot melt glue, but I can't use the text to HU option because I have the Nav option. However, I can still use the MFSW buttons to control lthe iPod and select playlists from the number buttons on the HU, but I lose the Artist/Album selections that you get when text to HU is active. The only way I can actually choose exactly what I want to listen to is to remove the iPod from the cradle, use the iPod menus, and then drop it back in - bit of a pain in the ar*e, but still easier than messing around with CDs. |
