Thumbs up PDA install - pictures

For anyone that wants to mount there PDA in a good visible position (for sat nav), without having big ugly cradles and cables running everywhere - here is your answer!

Bracket from newministuff £20ish
Tom Tom magnet £6
Bluetooth GPS with auto on/off £90
PDA in car charger £5

Mounted the bracket from newministuff very easily - two torx screws to remove tachometer and two philips screws to fix the bracket.
Then stuck one magnet onto PDA (it is very thin) and the other onto the bracket (shame it is red but will colour it black asap).
Then just a case of turning on the bluetooth gps reciever which is in the armrest compartment - yet still gets a strong signal (!) and away you go

I think it looks neat and tidy and I love the fact there are no unsightly wires I don't plug the chargers in unless its a really long journey (10 -15 hours life from gps reciever) so it all looks tidy!

Pics below....

I'm doing the same thing - got the bracket in but just waiting for my cradle to arrive. The cradle I've bought is an an active one - that is, it'll charge my PDA while I'm driving. Will also be semi-hard-wiring my bluetooth GPS into the car.
