Seat Storage Nets / Seat Covers

Before I go to prying, anyone know how the the storage nets on the back of the front seats are attached?

I found a company that makes seat covers that work with the seat air bags but the covers will cover the nets. Thinking I can take off the nets, punch some holes in the covers and put them back on. Seat covers are from http://wetokole.net/

Hrrm, I'm not sure. I took a look at mine and can't work out if the plastic net-surround is glued/clipped/screwed onto the back of the seat.
The oemparts site isn't of much use either: RETROFIT, NET BAG AT SEAT BACKREST
Strangely enough, that's the first part i've seen that has a big "SKILLED PERSONNEL
ONLY" instructions - maybe it is actually quite tricky...

if you take the back of the seat off it just clips in. the back is held on by 2 tooks under the seat.
