I pod prep
Does any one no where to get a cheap i pod connection lead and is it easy to fit?

Yup, newministuff.com has what you need. Installation depends on what you are trying to do. I installed an Icelink Plus (HU Version) with the cable in my cubby tray below the radio in about 15 min. However, I do know my way around a set of tools.
