Ipod & CD Changer

Hello everyone,

My wife's MCS came with the stock 6 pc CD Changer and recently, she brought the car to a dealer to fix the IPOD. After fixing the IPOD, the cd changer cannot be used. Is that true?

Does anyone has a similar experience or solution for this?

That is true is it is the mini ipod adaptor
There is shortly going to be a device called gateway 400 which will allow ipod & changer & usb

yes, its the mini ipod adapter.

while waiting for the gateway400, is there any other solution to have both the ipod and cd changer work? I read in the forum there is a mention of IcePlus - will this help?

Icelink plus also replaces the changer
If you have cd boost you could add aux in - either from mini or NewMINIStuff.com
This just gives audio - no control or charging
