Does anybody here put another (aftermarket) radio/CD/MP3 unit under switches panel and control it through OEM Boost unit as a changer?
I'm really wonder if, anybody does, cause i'm solving this problem:
- I've just bought my (second hand) Mini Cooper R50 (2002) with original CD Boost player (not HK) with MFSW. No changer in boot.
- From my previous car I have Panasonic CQ-C1301NE radio/CD/MP3 player. Very reliable stuff, and great thing for music maniac as me. In 25 CD's bag have 300 albums and need no listen the radio **** stuff.
- I know, with newministuff.com can solve it with fitting frame, and some reduction for steering wheel control. But don't want to rid of OEM head unit and replace it, cause it looks good and i'm still hope, there is some possibility.

Does exist some holder or reduction to put another unit below switch unit? Can I plug added unit as changer to OEM Boost head unit? Or maybe put another unit to boot as a normal changer and control it through head unit? Or only suggestion is to buy a OEM CD/MP3 unit? Prices in Czech Rep. are little bit ....
