| Chrome door lock pins I have searched some old threads and it seems a right palava to replace the door lock pins with the chrome ones i bought. These are the pins which go up and down on the doors when you lock the car Yes i know i should have searched for how to fit them before buying ! Has anyone tried recently? My car is a MCS March 2006  |

| The're the ones from Mini mania.... the pack includes two pins and two replacement surrounds. Reading some of the old posts it appears I have to take the door panel off;remove the locking rods ans wrestle the old pis off !! |

| In my 53 reg MCS the black plastic ends were moulded straight on to the steel linking arm so would need to be cut off to be replaced. I junked mine and fitted red LED's up through the door instead. |
