HELP!!! JCW seat installation

hi guys, Ive just purchased some leather JCW front seats and am intending on replacing them with my current mini sports seats. from what ive been told i understand that that you place the jcw seats onto the current stock runners... however i am stumped as to how you get the old seats off the runners :puzzled: :puzzled: :puzzled: . can anyone help PLEASE!!

and what do i do with the cables under the seat as there appears to be no where for them to plug into on the new seats.

Here is a scan of the instructions:

the cables under the seat are the seat airbag and seat belt pre tensioner, the air bag isnt used any more and the seat belt pre tensioner is reused off the standard seat, but dont forget to disconnect the battery before you start to undo these wires
