Done the install in the MCS and ive got the dreaded whine from the rear 6x9's spoke to my installer and mikeythemini on this fourm and they said try moving the earth so i did that still the whine so he suggested switching the amp as he thinks it may be the amp that is the problem

im currently running a inphase amp for the 6x9s and thats the problem end but before i go spend 100 quid on another amp and it turns out that one doesnt work either im asking all of you

Don't give up on the earth. There are many connections involved, any of which can cause
the problem. It is very likely if you buy a new amp you'll get the same problem. Ask around
if anyone has an old amp however cheap you can borrow to try. If it makes the same noise
save your money. The main earth to the amp is the most likely source but also check the
RCA cables, the earth at the headunit, the routing of the RCA cables and the power cable.
If you have any other equipment connected e.g. dual amp balancer also check all the
connections are good on that. Don't assume an earth contact good enough to make a
bulb glow is good enough for hi-fi. Try at least three different earthing points. Best of luck.

Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help
but smile when you shove them down the stairs

i used to work for InPhase . Used to. Enough said.

im guessing, you tried to order something else and they talked you into buying the InPhase amp.

tbh, they arent bad. the InPhase speakers are certainly the best product they do though.

Im currently using an Opti 500d without trouble.

Ive had a lot of use of the InPhase products, literally. i used to drive the InPhase demo van, never came across that problem though.
