What Hole-less Dash Mount is this?

I recently stumbled across the following pic, & have been combing the web trying to identify the Dash Mount featured below the vent to the left of the steering wheel?



I think the bracket is holding a Satellite display for a Dension DMP3 HDD-based MP3 player, which I have also...



Lastly, I gather the MINI belongs to Randy from M7, but I've had no real luck contacting him to confirm any details

Any help would be MOST appreciated!
