I had to do this recently and I just used the search button and came across a good thread.

All I had to do once they were out was prize the plastic strip from within the rear of the seat (it goes around the edge) and slowly it came off.

What Gavin said, it really is very easy!

When you go to fit the new cover, you may find that the channel that the plastic sits in has been bent open slightly by the action of prying the plastic out in the first place. Have a mallet handy ready to gently knock the channel back into shape.

Good luck.

Tigger.

So i dont need to take the seats apart just pull the cover out from the groove between the seat and the felt back.

It is easy isnt it. Not sure if ive put the new jcw one on right or not just the plastic lip is foam on the jcw's and they could go in both ways one way it fits and stays but the other foam edge shows or i can fold the leather over and use that lip but that is nigh on impssible to do and get it to stay in the groove.

From memory, you had to kind of tuck the plastic lip up and then push it into the gap
