Top and bottom change track and volume...

What about the middle buttons ?
Can't figure it out.

Which type of steering wheel?

2-Spoke with buttons on the front and back, or 3-Spoke with buttons only on the front?

If its a 2 spoke, with the buttons on the back, the middle button on the right changes the mode between Radio, CD, Cd changer.

On mine the middle button on the left does nothing.

It does nothing on most people's cars! Mikey the Mini over at newministuff.co.uk can hook you up with many options to use the button, such as answering your phone, etc.
