Drive and Talk the Professional Mute

Whilst looking at the rear of my stereo - i found a box that says - Drive and Talk the Professional Mute - any ideas what it is? I bought the car second hand, I presume its some type of hands free kit but cant find any of the usual bits to go with it in the car!!

Any helps/ questions?

I did take a picture but cannot find it - basic description - electronic box 2" x 4" at the back of the stereo - very akward to see if anywires going outside the car.

When camera comes back from taking picture of disney world (folks currently borrowed) I shall take some more pics!
