While I'm sure it sounds superb, the choice of mounting the amp on your seat isn't the best move IMHO. I would have mounted it somewhere where the cables could be hidden, and it wouldn't affect the dropping of the rear seats.

Yeah i know what you mean about the rear sears mate, was thinking the same after i did the install .

Well the bass is awesome, will be better when the custom made ported enclosure arrives from the mdf guy . Just hooking up the fronts now and then gotta install the amp for the fronts and rears.

Just mounted the tweeters, fronts and crossovers and run all the wiring for those.

Back in a bit with some finished pics, anyone is welcome to a listen if your near rotherham.

...having a heavy box with a heavy driver all on the same side.... makes for an unbalanced car no?

Cheers,

little rattle on the number plate, ill fix that. cant really here much outside the car, but inside it kicks the hell out of ya and the sound clarity of the cdt speakers is wicked. keep turning the amps up slightly day by day on the speakers, the sub is run in and now in a ported box so sounds sweet and far punchyer.

your so right gtt i would imagine that it would be the case. ive moved the box to the middle. hopefully that should do something and the bass seems to be better with the box there. good call

cheers
