Mine is fitted in the Boot

On the drivers side behind the plastic flap are the relevent plugs, they will need tucking down behind the plastic trim so they reach the bottom of the changer when its fitted (though they dont give you much to play with, so its a tight fit )

Is it a genuine MINI one you are fitting?

There are some little plugs in the plastic trim, take those out.

Fit the brackets to the CD changer.

Then the brackets line up with the ready drilled holes on the trim, so screw in place.

But you will need to plug it in on its side before turning it the right way up and screwing it in place

Looks genuine?

You have to be careful with aftermarket ones on later models

I tried to fit an Alpine changer with an interface but BMW changed something in the later models (05 on i think) which stops you doing it with most aftermarket ones
