ISO fixings for child seat

The 05 MINI that I am about to purchase has the ISO fixings for a child seat, further to this it does not have the passenger air-bag disable option.

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to get a baby/child seat in and out of a MINI, is there room to do this through the doors, or does it need to go in through the boot .

If your careful its easy, but you will need to put the seat tilted full forward and sort of slide it around the pillar and in.

Be careful of the ISO fix metal bits on the back of the childseat or they will scratch the back of your mini seat.

I tend to wrap my hand around the back to stop it damaging it, but it is a breeze.
