OEM sat nav

Couple of quick questions about cars fitted with sat nav:

1) Is it possible to display the coolant temperature anywhere?
2) Is it normal that the dash light dimmer button doesn't do anything on cars with sat nav?

2) Not sure what you are talking about? The dash dimmer button on my 06 works to dim the dash lights as well as the Nav.

Shame about the coolant temperature, who in there right mind builds a supercharged car with no coolant temp guage.

I guess I'll be booking in for yet another appointment at Sytner to get the dash dimmer looked at......

Can't remember which, but you press and hold to dim or brighten and quickly press for the other.

yeah, it worked fine in my last MCS but it doesn't do a thing in this one.
