Door Pin fitting!!

Hi Guys,

OK, I have ordered the union jack mirror and fitted the cute little union jack valve caps.

I have also got a pair of union jack door pins (the little locking knob that comes up when you unlock the door)

Has anybody fitted these please!!! The door knobs do not seem to just unscrew and I do not want to just plier them off without knowing what I am doing!

Anybody know or know of somebody that has changed them, Really want to fit them so any advice would be appreciated

thanks lovelies

Your going to have to take the door card off to get at them properly they are actually molded onto a wire that connects to the door mech, be careful not to bend this wire or its going to cause trouble locking the doors with the fob if it catches or doesn't move smoothly it won't lock hope this helps.

Affraid not heres a diagram of the door lock you can see the wire and pin its number 5, you could always get these from the dealers and fix them onto the new ones then if they don't work you can always put the old ones back

thats for a R53 not sure what car you have
