Audio failure.

Hi,

I just fitted one on the newministuff parrot ck3100 adaptors and aux kit.
All worked prefectly for a couple of days and then suddenly this morning the radio/cd/aux has muted itself.

Parrot kit works just fine.

Tried again after switching ignition off/on, still no audio.

Very disappointing, having spent hours and hours fitting all this stuff just last Saturday.

Any ideas please as to what to check?

Thanks.

OK, I found a stray purple wire hanging out the back of the head unit.
Whenever this touched the bare metal of the head unit, silence.

Couldn't see where said purpley one should go, so insulated it and refitted stereo.
All seems to be OK now, so hopefully that's fixed it!
