6 disc changer - MINI2

hi, my wifes 2004 cooper has the tape headunit with 6 disc boot changer,can the headunit be replaced with the mini single slot cd player and still use the autochanger in the boot

assuming the cd changer is a MINI unit then yes it can if the head unit is replaced with a MINI unit of the same age. There might be some conflicts with later cd hu's but a good search in here will confirm everything.

If the tape is a WAVE tape unit then you will need a wave to boost harness adaptor & wave to boost cd prep adaptor
