Half Leather Seat cover replacements???

Hi Guys, newbie here so be gentle.!!
I'm joining the mini clan next week getting my first mini a 54 plate cooper with half leather.
The drivers seat has i bit of wear & i've been reading on some related topics here about the wear of the leather and how some of you chaps have had the dealer replace the seats under warranty.

Has anyone bought replacement covers & how much do they cost???

Also, the back of the drives sear... the plastic bit, has take a bit of bashing (scratches)... any suggestions?? Can it be replaced? Or repaired by those dent master interior repair chappies?

I've got two of the same sitting in my garage if you don't have any luck with getting them changed or repaired...
