Cd Update for Factory Sat Nav

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get an updated CD for my CD based sat nav? BMW want near £400 for a CD

Have seen one on ebay but not sure if it will work with the sat nav system, help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mel

ps I recently bought a "genuine" disc for my wife's car from ebay. It completely stuffed the sat nat system such that it had to be returned to Italy and cost £370 to repair plus postage plus fitting. It's been gone 2 months!

Avoid EBay like the plague.

400 pounds sounds excessive. The DVD is 146 pounds and the CD is 77. These are about the same prices that you will pay at a dealer.

Cheers guys. £77 is a lot cheaper than I was quoted at BMW, even with staff dissy.
