| Valentine 1 Stealth Install
I have been searching around for anything remotely close to what I am thinking about but came up with nothing. I recently purchased a new Valentine 1 Radar detector (even tho I am about $500 in speeding tickets too late) and since I was planning to get an aftermarket HU next that has a clock on it, I was thinking about removing the headliner mounted clock on my 2002 Cooper S and putting the V1 there. I think it would still get a good signal, plus the power wires to the clock are already there so it would basically be just the V1 mounted to the clock location with no wires showing at all. Has anyone attempted anything like this? Thanks |
