Connects 2 Ipod Kits - Any Good?

Has anyone got or used a Connects 2 Ipod Interface Kit?

Im thinking of buying one for my 2006 Cooper as they are so much cheaper than the Quality BMW version, but i have used non OEM kits before and found the quality quite bad.

The last non OEM kit i used had the faint sound of the ipod hard drive spinning in the background - very annoying.

Would appreciate any experience or comments.
