I've noticed one of my rear speakers isn't working, so I'm considering upgrading both rear speakers.
After doing a search online for replacements I'm now confused as to if they are round or oval?
What's the actual size and type including connection or anything else I need to know to order the right ones?
Hi,
The rear speakers are 6X9's so replacement should
be pretty simple.
However, fitting is rather time consuming as the rear
panels and seats need to be removed to gain access!
Thanks for the reply. So for example if I was searching on Ebay, I'd put 6x9, but what about the connection type? It's giving me options of Coaxial or Component?
Thanks

Co-axial means the tweeter is mounted in the middle of the speaker so you need one 6x9 hole. Component means the tweeter is separate so will it's own mounting. So for most people the convenience of the co-axial far outways any benifits of the component when it comes to the Mini rear speakers.
Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help
but smile when you shove them down the stairs
