United-Kingdom HELP!! No heat or A/C...winter's coming!!

I have made a terrible, terrible mistake. However...it's not as bad as it seems. YET. I kindly left my moonroof open the other night for the convenience of rain. Now, the heat and A/C unit won't even power on. Additionally, the backlights on the dash won't light up.

The good news? Heated seats still work, radio works, and even the emergency lights on the dash work. But not the backlights for the tachometer and the speedometer. Separate circuit, I'm sure. Checked all fuses, no power to F5 - Dash lights. Fuse is good though!

Here's the question: is the heat and A/C unit on the same circuit as the cluster illumination lights? I'm calling the insurance company in a few days as well, to see if they'll cover. In the meantime, I'd like to get as much information as possible.

Thanks a million!!
