Fitting Alpine head unit to HK system.

I have a 2006 R53 with the HK system installed.

I'd like to fit an Alpine CDE-133BT to my existing HK speakers and amp. What exactly do I need in order to do this?

I understand that I need the HK adapter and faceplate from NewMINIStuff, but do I also need to buy an adapter for my MFSW (apparently the Alpine comes with one?), and what about the ariel adapter?

Any help would be appreciated!
