| hardwire tomtom help needed
I am trying to hardwire my tomtom, I have a parrot kit and most of the wires are hiden under the dropdown panel under steering wheel, I plan on installing an extra 12V socket in here and running the fag lighter lead from here to the bottom of the A pillar on the drivers side.
I plan on tapping into ignition wire and earth wire on the parrot iso loom so it only works with ignition on, that way I can leave the fag lighter plugged in.
Does this seem like the easiest route or is there a better solution?
Also how hard is it to run the lead down the side of the dash board from the drop down panel to the corner of the dash where the A piller meets the dashboard?
