DIY R50 Interior Rear Panel Removal

Hi All

I am trying to find a leak in the rear and need to remove the interior rear panels. I have hunted high and low and can find how-tos for the 2nd gen and convertibles... but cant find an idiots guide for the 1st gen coopers.

I already have the rear seats out, but just need help to strip the rear panel out without breaking it - can anyone point me to a decent guide?

Thanks in advance.
