Need help - retrofitting MFSW WITH Shift Paddles

Dear all,

I have a R52 Cooper S with shift paddles and I would like to retrofit MFSW buttons.

I bought a used steering wheel with buttons but not paddles and thought it is a straight fit. However when opened my steering wheel relised that there is a one pin overlap i.e. I cannot just connect MFSW pins into the existing one.

Could you please advise on how should I go about this and how it could be done?

Many thanks,
Oleg

The actual cables / connectors are attached below.

On a steering wheel with both I noticed that the order of cables is Red, White, Red, Blue, White, Black i.e. combination of both I have but with the blue overlapping.

Shall I just combine two blues into one or it should be done differently?

Anyone?
