R53 2005 with H/K and Sat nav, USB intergation

Good morning all, i have been searching high and low for a solution to this, my question is, can i integrate a USB into the OEM without having to change the headunit, would also like Bluetooth with it, it would appear that i have several issues with my set up, ie the Sat nav and the Boost/Hk amp both of which appear to cause problems.

I have just brought a MKI9000 as it has both USB and bluetooth functions, however i was not aware on purchasing that it does not run through the stereo, and bypasses the AMP. since this is the case it seem foolish to now go down this route and lose the sound quality.

So to surmise, can you help with

Is it possible to run a USB lead to the rear of the OEM stereo?

Is there a option that will give me bluetooth, usb, and MFSW controls whilst keeping the sat nav and amp without bypassing the OEM?
