| Behind the dash mounted dial (be it the speedo or rev counter) is a major electronic gateway, i.e. all of the types of buses found in the MINI are jointed at this point. VERY important part of the car electronics systems. I have not found were these functions move to in a Sat nav MINI’s. It could just mounted behind the LCD display or some of the system may move to the behind the dials on the steering column or any other place. When you find this out you may be able to put your idea into action. |
