United-States Check these pedals out!

A co-woorker just bought a Cooper S and wanted to have some new pedals. He is a machinist and not much of a computer person, and I am. So I designed some pedals and he made them. What do you think?

We made a couple extra sets and put one of them on e-bay.

Look good!

Those look pretty good for racing. Looks rough on bare feet

We never thought of that...

I guess you whould have to find some CNC Billet rubber pedal covers for those delicate bare feet.

The "S" engraving looks quite cool, but the surface reminds me to much of the material used on escalators steps, sorry.

barefoot = illegal in US, but they would do wonders for removing callouses...nice job!

Yea! No bare feet!!!

Actually the texture on the pedal surface is only 0.025" deep.
Kinda embarassing, but I took off my shoes and socks and stood on an extra pair of the pedals. Kinda ticklish , but no pain.

The fasteners in the picture are stainless steel 8-32 Socket head flat screws (allen wrench). I also have a set with the Flat head phillips fasteners.

Thanks for the complements. We put a little love in to them.

How much if I were to buy them through you?
Just out of curiosity, but remember, I asked first.

These look great. I'd pick up a set if the price was right.

Thumbs up I like 'em

Nice work. Never underestimate a talented machinist and friend. You should do the dead pedal, too. Have to have a matching set.

Dave

Gotten anything useful from MINI2? How about giving a little something back?
