CNC pedals (got some more made)

There was a thread that I started a two weeks ago about CNC pedals. There was some interest in getting some more made from various Mini2.com members.

We now have 12 complete sets. A set consists of a brake, gas, and clutch pedal with stainless steel hardware. 6 of the sets have the "S" as shown below ($70 w/shipping), and 6 of the sets are plain ($65 w/shipping). If you're interested, e-mail me. matteo92117@hotmail.com

Original Thread "Check these pedals out!"

We got a lot of request for the Dead Pedal to match. That was a great idea, but its been some work getting the shape just right in order for it to fit into the plastic frame 'just right' . We should have that done next week some time.

Its been really fun doing this stuff after work, if you have any other suggestions or wants, that can be made from aluminum, let me know.

By looking at my e-mails, I must finish up the dead pedal soon!

Just out of curiosity...
Of the pedals I have been shipping, we've been including both the allen wrench head and the philips head fasteners. Which do you think we should go with? Which look better?

We were thinking that everyone has the philips head tool, but not everyone has an allen wrench.

Allen looks better, phillips is more common, but it's not like allen wrenches are hard to find. We just need to know the correct size, imperial/metric, etc.
Will the price change dramatically for the 4 pedal sets?
Is it difficult to remove the dead pedal?

Allens it is for now on.

The dead pedal is easily removed. The new pedal will require two small holes to be drilled into the plastic frame of the dead pedal.
Prototype should be done Friday afternoon!!

CVT?
Constant Velocity Transmission?
Wouldn't it be an automatic configuration?
A bigger brake pedal?

Send me a drawing of what you want the pedals to look like and we can probably make them.

Oops sorry ,I meant the automatic. The only difference is the size of the brake pedal.

Any word as to whether the dead pedal surface can be brought up to the same plane as the other pedals?

Just more convenient/quicker to move the foot from the dead pedal to the clutch pedal and back if they're at the same level, that's all.

And no, I wouldn't need the gas pedal raised. Never even thought about that idea actually.
