Dark Silver Changing Boost Head Unit

Hi gang I am changing my Head unit for an alpine Player an Changer, can you tell me what will happen to my sat nav sound and radio mute as not using factory head unit.

Your better PMing Dom or Mikeythemini. Have to say i know of 2 options.

One having a seperate speaker for the Sat nav

or

Having it routed through your stereo with option of mute on or off.

Having it routed through after market stereo is that possible? I see Mikethemini has some gadget for £55 but trying to save as much money as possible, so looking to avoid that route at the moment. The fitter who is working on my car works with Range Rover’s so I will post some notes when installation is complete for you other guys.

As I understand if you go direct to a Mini dealer they will be able to do an aftermarket installation with no problems at all.
