Lapis Blue or Panther Black for my seats???

My Indi Blue w/White Top & Bonnet Stripe MCS has a Sept build date and I have been contemplating getting the Lapis Blue seats instead of the Black. I first was just going to go with the black Leatherette but the more I see the Blue Leather the more I think I will be disappointed down the road if I don't get it.

Let me know what you all think?

Take it easy,
Eric

Get the Lapis Blue
I'm getting IB/W too, built in a couple of weeks time. I had a black interior on my DS/B before and after comparing it with the lapis interior it's no contest. The lapis gives a far more lighter and brighter interior. I'm even going for the magnesium door panels too which will make the interior even lighter
I was really concerned about keeping the carpet clean as they are light coloured, but I thought if they do start to look shabby I'll jest get the MINI rubber floor mats which look really good too

MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime

Thanks for your coment Martin! I had originally asked for the Magnesium door casings but that is now no longer available for the 2004 MCS. I felt the same way not wanting the inside quite so dark. I wanted to have it brightened up a bit.

Any other comments are still welcome!!!

Take it easy,
Eric

worth checking your build date - mag door panels are not available from wk 36 production. If yours is before that you should be able to do it still.

If it were me I'd go for the Lapis Blue - it's one of the nicer combinations! and certainly better than all black - especiallywith a blue MINI.

I would go for the Lapis Blue, the more I see it the more I like it too.The only problem over here is that it is a very exspensive option ($2200.00)I agree with Martin it really brightens up the interior. While were on the subject, does anyone know if it will be available with the 2004 PW MCS?
