auto climate control

i was cleaning my car today and noticed something. if you have the auto climate control, the bottons are layed out like the MINI symbol. how have i not noticed this before? am i just slow/dim? if your answer was yes, please don't reply. i hope someone else has seen this.

I must admit that was one of the reasons I went for it - that and the ability to just set the tempreture, and then leave it alone.
