Place to earth amp in FRONT of car

Hi all,

I have one amp in the back running the rears. As I am in a Cooper S that was easy to wire up.

Now I am putting an amp in the front for the.... you guessed it... front speakers. I am just about to run the Positive cable from the engine bay (connected to the +ve jumper terminal) through a grommet and then over to the passenger foot well where I am installing the amp.

What i need is a place to earth the amp in the footwell. The fuse box is there, can I earth the amp around it?

After having a look and not finding any gromets, I have decided that I am best sticking to the devil I know. I am going to but the amp for the fronts in the boot with the other amp. Then there are no issues for power and all I have to do is run the source and speaker wires between the front and back of the car.
