powered subwoofer

Hi Everyone,
just wondering if anybody knows about fitting a powered sub, does it effect the warranty? and will bmw have to fit it?
unfortunatly it never came with instuctions so any tips would be most helpful.
ive also just fitted a proper "mini" fridge 'scuse the pun and its exelent, although its more for road trips cause its a touch on the large side, for the minis lack of essential boot space.
oh one more thing, any tips for getting little scratches out, some "person" found it highly ammusing to write through the dirt on the back of my car with there finger causing a scratch imprint of what they had written!!!!! GRRRRR!!!!

No comments or issues with my dealer/warranty. I've replaced the HU too.
