How do I remove the door sills?

Hi,

I'd like to run RCA and power cables under the door sills from my head unit to the battery. How do I go about removing the trim around the car frame to do this? Am I correct in assuming that it will be necessary to remove the rear seats and quarter panels to keep the wires out of sight?

To remove the sills, remove the torx bolt that secures the seatbelt to the floor, they are then just held on with clips, one double clip in fuse box, then hidden clips all the way along (pull the rubber off and get a small pry bar in)
I would take out the rear seats & 1/4 panels to run the wires
