TV/DVD through nav screen news

Looks like we are getting somewhere at last - I should have a much better priced kit for showing tv on your factory nav screens next week.
You can then add dvd, playstation, reverse cameras etc.

No price, got to do a deal on it - hopefully this Friday. Lets just say it will be a lot cheaper than whats out there now
It will work PAL, NTSC, SECAM so should keep everyone happy
It will be plug and play

Trouble is there is bound to be some prat that will drive along the road watching Coronation Street and crash. Or does the unit not work while the car is in motion? Actually is it not illegal to have a TV screen in the driver's field of view?
