Head unit ariel connection broken

Hi,

I fitted a Nokia car kit yesterday and when refitting the stereo, i seem to have broken the connection where the ariel cable plugs in to the stereo. A couple of thin pieces of metal inside the plug broke off as I took it out and I have no radio reception at all.

can these plugs be replaced easily. It is the one on the end of teh wiring loom that clips in to another black plastic thingy on the back of the stereo
