Splitting MINI OEM radio aerial for TMC/has standard aerial plug?
Hi all. I'm adding a PDA navigation system. My GPS receiver had a TMC aerial connection, but the supplied aerial isn't good. There are Y-splitting kits available that go between the radio and roof aerial and supply TMC to the GPS.
Does the OEM MINI radio have an industry standard aerial connector on the back of the radio? Has anyone used such splitters in a MINI?
Oh, I found this picture:

Oh well.. I'll just reply to myself. The plug is nowhere near standard but my dealer managed to dig up some converter leads and now my GPS has TMC in full effect.
