trip computer, auto dim mirror and rain sensor - MINI Cooper Forum

I am planning to buy a MCS 02
but the car doesn't have trip computer, rain sensor and auto dim mirror

can I add it on after I get it from the factory?

NE1 can help me with this question?

The current (Dec 03) price list in the UK includes the trip computer as a dealer retrofit option at £130 + fitting costs. Part number 62 13 0 029 492. Don't know for sure if this can be fitted to an 02 car.

I too would like to add the rain sensor to my 04 cooper. I couldn't find any info about it though.

I called SF mini
the service advisor told me that I can't add the trip computer back on the car!!
