| *URGENT HELP NEEDED* Swopping Front Seats with Sports Seats... Can somebody help, if you swop the Front Seats for Sports Seats does anything happen with the airbags, do they need to be reset by the dealer? Need to know ASAP... Thanks tons!  *March 2003, Mini Cooper, Solid Black, White Roof, White Bonnet Stripes, Red Tartan Kaleido/leather, Chilli Pack, SSP, 6 CD Changer, Cassette Boost Bootiful!! - Now gone  But still got the MINI spirit  |

| Yep, the airbags do need resetting, but I think Damo said if you disconnect the battery for around 3 hours, it has the same effect - see the JCW Seats Group Buy Thread.........  |

| As part of the Debate on the resistor. A Gentleman im leaving nameless that work for MINI who Races Autox with his mini also has replaced the seats. when asked about the airbag issue he showed me the 2 ohm resistor that was placed to fool the airbag sensor and not the 4 ohm as brought up in the Debates on this issue. Which the Seats are in the works to be replaced on mine soon. 02 MCS DS/W (Totaled November 02 on Fall Folage Run) 03 MCS DS/W (See my MINI Profie for extensive list of mods) |
