annoying problem with nav

i was told that everytime i get in my car, my nav screen should have the "mini" logo come on. that is not the case with me, ill be lucky to have it come on at all. it will come on maybe 1 out of 30 times. my nav screen will illuminate but without the mini logo and it gets annoying especially at night when my nav screen will illuminate without the logo. has anyone else experienced this?

yes, a bunch of times - take it back to the dealer and they will probably replace your nav computer or screen like they have for me

other people talk about disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds to sort this out as well?
