Will my glovebox door hamper my attempts

Hi there, I have replaced my head unit and as far as I remember the glovebox lid should not hinder you taking the downtubes out or anything else. On the side of the downtubes you should see two bolts, one near the top and one further down. You may need to remove one and then open the glovebox lid to let you have access to the top one.

As far as I know, the glovebox is all one unit so to remove the lid you would need to remove the whole thing!

If you need any further info let me know, good luck!

54 Cooper, BEP/Black, Chilli Pack, ASC+T, SS+, Alarm, CD Boost, 16" FIN Alloys, Anthracite Headlining, Xenons, Multi-function S/Wheel, Driving Lamps, sh*t build quality...

Now SOLD!!! Goodbye MINIs and good riddance....

Glove box lid can stay in place
If you do want to remove it it comes out as one piece - 5 screws
