New Door Cards!!

I have tried to rem ove the door panels on my new 05 Mini. The old ones were dead easy - 4 Torx 30 screws a bit of a yank, (and I did say yank!) and it was off. The only problem is the armrest is extended back and covers one of the three T30s ( or at least I think so )

Any advice please??????

You need to slide a wedge of plastic between the leather & plastic from the front, there is a hidden spring clip, the arm rest will then slide forward 10mm & pull away

As you look at that pic, you need to slide the arm rest from right to left

Pre facelift ones are screwd on with 3 x T8 torx screws.
