What does ICE mean?

I worked in an engine research lab in college (university?) and ICE meant Internal Combustion Engine, but Im guessing thats not what this means.

I guess "Interior Computer Entertainment" but I've been told it means something far far far funnier. Someone set me straight. While you're at it, explain "pants" and "dogs" Thanks!
