Would a DAB radio purchased in Europe work in th UK?

............. is it just the DAB aerial that needs to be "localised" or does the head unit have to be UK spec too?

All of the stuff i have seen on the Blaupunkts show they all receieve the same range of frequencies, although i think on mainland europe not all of these are used.

Some European DAB aerials dont however work in the uK
